T. Dallas Smith & Company, the largest African American-owned pure tenant rep commercial real estate firm in the country, names Matthew C. Wersel as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Wersel will establish and manage major relationships with U.S. and international clients.
Wersel is a highly respected and knowledgeable advisor in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in representing tenants and buyers across various sectors, including office, industrial, life sciences, data centers, hospitality, and golf. With an impressive 22-year track record, Wersel excels in relationship management and business development. His extensive experience spans domestic and international brokerage, offering clients unparalleled guidance and service in multi-market transactions.

Wersel honed his expertise in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in Silicon Valley, where his experience included key roles at CBRE Capital Markets, Mohr Partners, Newmark and Cresa in Arizona. In his new role at TDS&Co, Wersel will be the first non-African American in leadership in the firm’s 18-year history.
