CBRE announced today that industry veteran Scott Amoson has joined the company as Associate Director of Research for the Southeast. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Amoson will be responsible for the development and implementation of CBRE’s research strategy across Georgia, Tennessee, and The Carolinas, bringing an innovative range of research and analysis to our professionals and clients.
In his new role, Mr. Amoson will oversee a staff of more than a dozen researchers. He will report to Dan Wagner, Head of U.S. Field Research and Data Intelligence at CBRE. Mr. Amoson joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he served as a Vice President and the Director of Research in Atlanta for nearly two decades. He has worked in the real estate research field since 2000.
