Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to oversee management and engineering services for 1801 Peachtree, a 54,810-square foot office building in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, and Hampton Green, a 114,109-square-foot office park in Duluth, Georgia. Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman and Senior Portfolio Manager Office Lead Stacy Abbate will oversee management.
“The pandemic has underscored the need for strategic and attentive property management, especially as property managers continue to play such a critical role in office reentry,” said Froman. “With our extensive management portfolio across intown and metro Atlanta, Lincoln has solidified its reputation as a strategic management partner, and with the addition of these two properties, we look forward to working closely with ownership groups and tenants to foster high-quality office experiences.”
Located on Peachtree Street, 1801 Peachtree is a three-story office building just two blocks from Piedmont Hospital. Lincoln’s Jordan Rosenbaum will oversee the management and engineering on behalf of the client, Loudermilk Companies. Following ownership’s recent acquisition of the property, plans were announced in August to invest in upgrades to common areas and additional capital projects to reintroduce the building to the marketplace.
Hampton Green is a five-story, Class-A office building in Duluth, Georgia. On-site amenities include a fitness center, outdoor courtyard offering Wi-Fi connectivity and surrounding walking trails. Located at the Steve Reynolds Boulevard interchange on I-85, Hampton Green is just minutes from Gwinnett Place Mall as well as other area hotels, restaurants, entertainment, banks and quality residential neighborhoods. Lincoln’s Keeta Redcay will oversee management and engineering at the property on behalf of the owner, Susquehanna Holdings.
Since the beginning of 2021, Lincoln has expanded its management and leasing portfolio across metro Atlanta by nearly 5.25 million square feet, bringing the total portfolio to nearly 23.6 million square feet of space.
