Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the property management assignment for Lake Park, a two-building office property in Smyrna, Georgia. Lincoln’s Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Office Lead Stacey Abbate and Senior Portfolio Manager Anita Scarborough will oversee property management on behalf of the owner, Real Capital Solutions.

The four-story, 86,000 and 80,000-square-foot buildings are located at 1955 and 2300 Lake Park Drive, offering easy access to Buckhead, Midtown, Vikings and Hartsfield International Airport. Lake Park tenants also have access to Truist Park and The Battery, surrounding nature trails and several other dining, hotel, retail and amenity options in the area.
Since the start of 2021, Lincoln has been awarded the management and leasing assignments for 5.3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space across metro Atlanta, bringing the team’s portfolio to more than 23.5 million square feet.
