Doug Jenkins, vice president of West Region and former Regional Director in Metro North at Georgia Power, served as “Superintendent for a Day” in Gwinnett County Schools this week. Doug worked with Gwinnett’s new Superintendent, Calvin Watts, to lead a discussion on several key issues facing the school system moving forward. In addition, Jenkins attended meetings at Lilburn Elementary School and Lilburn Middle School to meet with teachers on key educational trends.
