Georgia Furniture Mart seeks local hero nominations in their “Sleep Beautifully Tonight” Dream Bedroom Contest.
Now through October 31, you can nominate (or self-nominate) a local community hero who deserves to Sleep Beautifully Tonight (this will link to the page on website)
As a token of appreciation for local heroes who always commit to others above themselves, Georgia Furniture Mart is asking the public to nominate someone they feel is a hero. The Sleep Beautifully Tonight Dream Bedroom Contest Grand Prize winner will be selected from submitted nominations/entries. The winner will also be invited to the Georgia Furniture Mart Showroom on Dawson Blvd in Norcross to select the bedroom set of their dreams. Click here to learn more. The dream bedroom set will be personally chosen from the amazing selection and variety of styles featured in the Georgia Furniture Mart showroom floor and valued at $3000*.
“2020 has been an unprecedented year, but it also has been a year of true resilience and community for us all,” said Georgia Furniture Mart CEO and Founder Mike Hall. “My hope in recognizing our community heroes is that in some small way they can realize how much we appreciate what they do.”
The Sleep Beautifully Tonight contest offers anyone the opportunity to nominate someone they feel is a hero and has stepped up during the past 6 – 8 months. You can nominate your hero starting Sunday, October 4 through October 31 by visiting www.georgiafurnituremart.com/sleepbeautifullytonight and follow the on-screen instruction to complete the entry form. Submissions include an essay of 250 words or less that describes a local hero who went above and beyond in their community and deserves to “Sleep Beautifully Tonight”.
After October 31, three finalists will be chosen by a panel of judges and posted on Georgia Furniture Website (link here) for public voting. Voting is easy. Just click on your favorite heroes story starting November 9 through November 22. The more you vote the more they have a chance to win**.
“It is my hope through this contest we can shine a light on those who have been an inspiration and helped all of us in some small way,” says Hall.
