“Since joining Colliers, Nathan has demonstrated strong capabilities in helping clients make comprehensive decisions to execute on their real estate strategies, “ said Ryan Kratz, Colliers President – Southeast and Mid-Central Regions | U.S. Brokerage. “Under Nathan’s leadership, I am sure that we will continue to deliver excellent client service and attract top tier talent to the Colliers Atlanta operation.”

Mr. Knowles has held a range of significant positions at Colliers helping clients succeed in corporate real estate and site selection assignments. He has also been an energetic contributor to Colliers’ overall operations, most recently as a member of the company’s Technology Advisory Group. Prior to Colliers, Mr. Knowles held a series of progressive international leadership positions at both Electrolux and LG Corp.

A native of Atlanta, Mr. Knowles received his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, completed his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University and The University of Arkansas, and completed Executive Education in leadership at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

“I look forward to accelerating the great tradition of service excellence for our clients in Atlanta and beyond,” said Mr. Knowles. “And I’m eager to advance the incredible legacy of Colliers’ market-leading presence in the region as we build an even greater enterprise into the future.”
