All the guru’s tell you is spend more money building your team; Guess what guys it’s just more Guru BS. They call them ingrators, acquisition managers, VA’s, Disposition managers, buying specialist. It’s all guru nonsense and overhead you don’t need. Better to becomes superb at Persuasion and hire outside contractors for special projects when you need them. It’s ok to disagree with me but having low operating expense and giving good phone works for me and will work for you:-)
