Honorees named to the 2023 list were selected based on an exhaustive peer-review survey that examines the professional abilities, current practice, and experience of each lawyer. Only the top 5.3 percent of all practicing lawyers in the U.S. were included in the 29th edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Ogletree Deakins attorneys received recognition in several categories including: Employment Law – Management, Labor Law – Management, Litigation – Labor and Employment, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, and Litigation – ERISA, among others.
Additionally, 12 Ogletree Deakins attorneys were named as a Best Lawyers 2023 “Lawyer of the Year”. The publication awards this honor to a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area. The honorees received the highest overall feedback from their peers.
