Lendmark Financial Services, a leading provider of household credit and consumer loan solutions, recently hired Kim Chrzanowski as its assistant vice president (AVP) of Organizational Development & Effectiveness. In this newly created role at Lendmark, Chrzanowski will lead employee engagement efforts and organizational development for the company’s 1,900+ employees across its 19-state geographical footprint.
Chrzanowski brings years of retail leadership experience to Lendmark, most recently working as People Leader, Talent Development & Engagement for Aptos, Inc., a leading retail software provider. In that position, she managed talent assessment and learning and development with a focus on engaging employees throughout the organization.
Before Aptos, Chrzanowski worked as a Macy’s district manager, Learning & Development – Atlanta East/West and the Carolinas. She oversaw internal learning and development curriculum and helped company leaders execute internal change management efforts.

Chrzanowski earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in business administration and marketing. She is also MBTI and DiSC certified.
