Thank you for the information – I have questions about Airbnb Hosts who do not own the house but rent/lease from someone else. I converted into an Airbnb with the owner consent and have made a profit. I am looking into getting business license for property management to help with tax write offs. I am constantly personally invest into the home to keep my AirB&B strong. I am looking for information out there about how to do my taxes.
