Full-service interior design firm Crosby Design Group recently completed its latest multi-family project at Olea at Nocatee, a new apartment community geared toward active adults in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Crosby Design Group designed the interior club amenity including design and construction documents, as well as Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) selections and procurement for the club and one- and two-bedroom model apartments.
“We designed the 7,000-square-foot club with a farmhouse meets small-town, beach-living feel,” Jessie McGowan, contract designer with Crosby Design Group, said. “The spaces were designed with an invitingly warm, natural palette to create an extension of the home and the community’s sophisticated living spaces.”
The Crosby Design Group team was responsible for the FF&E selections and procurement, as well as the design and construction documents for the Olea at Nocatee community club including the leasing lobby, office spaces, clubroom with café-style seating and double-sided fireplace, social kitchen with oversized dining table, mail and package room, craft room, game room with pool table, shuffleboard table and TVs, pool restrooms, fitness studio with yoga room and the pet spa with wash and dry stations. Additionally, the firm made FF&E selections and procured items for the one- and two-bedroom decorated model apartments.
“This community offers such a prime location to its residents, we wanted to create a space that made it easy for them to enjoy the comforts of home as well,” Jennifer Crosby, founder and CEO of Crosby Design Group, said. “From the recreational and lounge spaces to the fitness studio and social kitchen, no space was overlooked.”
Olea at Nocatee features spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed to maximize storage options while implementing the latest finishes and features throughout. In addition to impressive on-site amenities, residents also enjoy beach days at Mickler’s Landing, water recreation off the Nocatee Paddle Launch and easy access to miles of multi-use fitness trails. Olea at Nocatee offers options for empty nesters, active adults, newlyweds, young families and more.
Developed and property managed by Rangewater Real Estate, Olea at Nocatee was built by Summit Contracting and designed by architect The Preston Partnership.
