TiE Atlanta Seeks College Students to Participate in Collegiate Global Business Hackathon

TiE Atlanta, a local organization focused on fostering entrepreneurs in all stages and industries of growth, is seeking undergraduate and graduate students to register for the 2021 Global Business Hackathon. The hackathon will take place virtually from March 12 -14, 2021 and aims to empower college and university students to participate to solve business problems for global corporations.

Undergraduate and post-graduate students can register for free and choose the track to participate in. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2021.

Upon registration, TiE Atlanta will then assign students to local coaches and global mentors during February. Entrepreneurship webinars and technical bootcamps will be hosted from March 1- 7 to train and improve understanding of the problem, environment and solutions available.

An impartial jury will then pick the 30 best teams to present their business solutions during the virtual hackathon being held on March 12 -14. The winning team will receive cash prizes, internship opportunities and free workshops to build their resume and entrepreneurial goals.

The event is hosted by TiE University, a collegiate program that helps university startup founders and teams successfully launch and scale their ventures more rapidly. It is a program of TiE Global, a nonprofit that generates prosperity through development of entrepreneurs in all stages by creating community and beneficial relationships to support them.

Register for the 2021 Global Business Hackathon by February 28, 2021.
