Ameris Bank Commercial Banking Executive Mike Scott announces that Tony Licwinko has joined Ameris Bank as a commercial banker. Licwinko will be responsible for expanding commercial banking relationships throughout the Southside area of Atlanta, capitalizing on Ameris Bank’s wide breadth of treasury services and commercial lending options.
With over 13 years of banking experience, Licwinko is an industry expert. He previously worked for Wells Fargo where he was a personal banker, licensed banker and private banker. From Wells Fargo, Licwinko transitioned to PNC Bank as a business relationship manager, and he most recently was a commercial banker with CenterState Bank.
“Tony truly understands the importance of relationship banking, and this coupled with his expertise will be invaluable,” says Ameris Bank Commercial Banking Executive Mike Scott. “His commitment to nurturing current customers as well as expanding business development will be an added strength to our team.”
Licwinko attended the University of Central Florida and University of Phoenix, and his degree is in business administration. For seven years, Licwinko served in the United States Army as a psychological operations specialist. Originally from Miami, Florida, Licwinko has resided in Peachtree City, Georgia since 2015 with his family, and he is an avid Miami sports fan.
