As our communities reopen, the bank team understands the importance of the continued safety and comfort levels of its customers and employees.
“We know how important access to banking services is for our customers”, said Harold Reynolds, BankSouth Chairman & CEO. “We’re taking special precautions to ensure that our customers and employees are safe while still offering open lobbies. If any customer would like to meet with our banking staff before or after normal business hours for a private appointment in a safe environment, they should call their branch to arrange that,” he said.
Social distancing will be practiced with 6-feet makers at teller lines; sanitizing stations will be available upon entering the lobbies; all employees will be wearing masks and all workspaces will be sanitized frequently.
In addition to the lobbies reopening, customers can bank through online and mobile banking at banksouth.com; by contacting the bank’s Customer Care at 706-453-2265; through telephone banking at 706-453-1000; by using the drive-through and walk-up windows at locations where available; or through the bank’s 24-hour ATMs.
